As part of the European PARC project, Lin aims to develop a high-throughput periphyton meta-metabolomics workflow for screening potentially hazardous compounds (e.g. bisphenols, antifungal azoles, complex mixtures...). More generally, this work should demonstrate the relevance of screening microbial communities, which play a major role in ecosystems, in order to improve knowledge of the potential danger of chemical contaminants on the functional biodiversity of aquatic ecosystems.
