To carry out its scientific diving missions, the center has a team of four scientific divers (CAH Class 1B) capable of working at sea, in freshwater, or in reservoirs. Their work currently focuses on the plant communities of the lakes of Aquitaine and on their instrumentation for monitoring physical and chemical parameters. Autonomous recorders (temperature, dissolved oxygen, conductivity, multiparameter probes), photo and video equipment, lighting, reels, lifting parachutes, and a sediment vacuum are available.
Divers have all the necessary PPE to dive safely (wet suit, dry suit, dive computer, compass, buoyancy compensator, anti-icing regulator, lifting bag, mask, fins, snorkel).

The services offered are as follows:
- Observations, instrumentation, and experiments
- Collecting and sampling of sediments, animals, or plants
- Image capture and mapping
