My current research focuses on the functional trajectories of estuarine biodiversity in response to habitat restoration in the context of global change, with the aim of identifying levers to support ecosystem management and restoration strategies. Ultimately, my work aims to address the functional role of biodiversity on the stability of aquatic ecosystems and the development and evaluation of anticipatory strategies for the management, conservation and restoration of aquatic ecosystems.
