FREEMA | Researcher (HDR)

My research focuses on the response of migratory fish to global change and on the transitions that societies need to make in order to maintain this biodiversity and the services it provides. In recent years I have been working on ways of assessing the effects of river water quality on shad and sturgeon embryos (experiments); assessing the measures in place for sturgeon conservation at European level and prioritising the research to be carried out (analysis, synthesis, forecasting); and updating our knowledge of a highly abundant migratory species, the hog mullet (observations, analysis).
