My research focuses on studying the responses of fish communities to multi-stress environments in estuaries. Within this framework, I develop bioindicators of ecological status based on the fish component of the ecosystem. For several years, I have been increasingly involved in the ecological restoration of estuaries using nature-based solutions. I also provide support for public policies on behalf of the Water Agencies, the French Office for Biodiversity, the Ministry of the Environment, and local authorities. Furthermore, I participate in the Scientific Council for the Rance Estuary Sediment Management Plan and serve as an advisor to the Seine Estuary Scientific Council (CSES), in connection with the activities of HAROPA PORT (Le Havre, Rouen, Paris) within the estuarine area.
