My research initially focused on range shifts for amphidromous migratory fish in relation to climate change, using modeling as my primary tool.

More recently, I have been interested in changes from the species level to the assemblage level, incorporating the concept of ecosystem services. The aim of my research is to assess the territorial connections established by amphidromous migratory fish and disrupted by climate change, in order to estimate the new opportunities these species present for human communities.
