ECOVEA / FREEMA | Data and analysis hub | Engineer

A bio-statistics research engineer in the EABX unit, I work in the ECOVEA team (Ecology of Aquatic Plant Communities and Impact of Multiple Pressures), where I developed bio-indication indices based on aquatic plant communities. Currently, I am interested in the effects of global change on aquatic plants (spatio-temporal dynamics, eco-morphological traits, specific composition, abundance).

I take part in work on the lake ecosystem within the ECLA cluster (lake ecosystems), which brings together a large number of researchers and technicians.

In the Data and Analysis hub, I support the unit's projects throughout the entire data cycle (database creation, data acquisition, etc. and statistical analysis) and provide training and skills transfer to the unit's staff. As a member of the DIS (Deontology and Scientific Integrity) committee, I am involved in the committee's activities, particularly in raising awareness of these issues within the unit. These various cross-cutting activities are integrated into my work as co-RDO (Operational Data Officer) for the unit, within the CATI GEDEOP (Automated Information Processing Center for the Management of Experimental, Observational, and Practical Data on Agro-Socio-Ecosystems), and within ABDo (Bordeaux Research Data Workshop).
