Within the FREEMA, I'm in charge of the Sclerochronology department, which studies calcified parts of fish in order to observe their growth streaks in order to reconstruct their life history. At research projects, I prepare scales, bone rays or otoliths rays or otoliths, either to estimate the annual age of individuals prepare them for the necessary microchemical analyses.
